Shipping Shipping is available within Canada (at buyers expense) via Westjet or Air Canada cargo only. Salt Water Reptiles reserves the right to hold shipments during extreme weather conditions ( hot or cold ) for the safety of the animals. All shipments must be picked up at the airport within 4 hrs of arrival for any guarantees to apply. All shipments will be sent in an insulated box at no extra cost. Price of shipping may vary on the destination. Guarantees We personally guarantee that all geckos to be healthy and feeding before purchase. We stand behind the geckos that we sell. We also guarantee live healthy delivery (see shipping for details). All incidents must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order to consider replacement or refund options. If for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know within the 24 hour time period. After this 24 hour time period the transaction is considered final and our liability ends. Deposits We will hold any orders for 14 days with a 25% deposit. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
